Every table, every booking and every guest — live on every device at once. Plus an assistant that takes the reservations on WhatsApp and by phone while you work the floor.
A real Saturday: 190 covers, 25 of 36 tables working, lunch and dinner on the SAME floor plan so you can see which tables turn twice. The pink outlines are parties sitting across two tables; the blue discs are tables booked twice tonight. Try running that in a paper book.
The interface
One day. Three ways to look at it.
The same service, seen the way each person needs it — the host at the door, the manager checking covers, the chef reading the shape of the night.

Timeline
Where the turns are, and where the gap is you could still sell. The shape of the night in one glance.
And a fourth: the whole day, merged. Lunch and dinner on one floor plan, so you can see the table that turns twice — something no one else in this market draws.
Nobody else does this
It books the table. It doesn't take a message.
Guests write on WhatsApp or call while you are on the pass. The agent checks your real availability, books, moves and cancels — and answers what people actually ask about parking, the terrace, high chairs and the set menu.
It can never invent an answer. If you haven't said whether there's parking, it offers to fetch someone — never "no".
Times come from your book, not the model. Every booking is read back before it is confirmed.
Half a second to answer, on a real line. Measured, not claimed — and included, not a separate bill.

Empty tables
Ask the night before. Fill the gap the same day.
myTable asks every guest to reconfirm, on the channel they booked from. One tap for them. For you, a table that goes back on sale at eleven in the morning instead of standing empty at eight in the evening.
The answer lands on every screen at once. Door, bar and office see the same tick within a second of the guest tapping it.
A stale tick never shows as confirmed. Move the booking and the confirmation is asked again — you are never looking at yesterday's answer.
You choose when it goes out. The evening before, the morning of, or not at all for regulars.
Six things we looked for in the rest of the market, and did not find.

Double-seating is impossible
Not "unlikely". The database itself refuses two parties on one table at one time — so no bug, and no rushed tap on a Saturday, can ever put them there.

"Red Fox", not booking #4471
Every booking carries a short code a guest can actually say down the phone — a two-digit number, or a colour-and-animal pair if you prefer something people remember. They say it, you find them.
Auto-assign you can actually see
You set the order tables fill in, drawn as arrows across your own plan. The tightest table that fits wins, and empty rooms fill before you break up a good one.
Live on every device at once
Seat a party on the iPad at the door and it is already on the phone at the bar. Lose the wifi and it tells you — then catches up without losing a single change.
Nobody else does this either
Your terrace knows the forecast.
Indoor, covered and outdoor are real room types with their own fill order — so a doubtful Thursday fills inside first, and a warm Friday fills the terrace. The forecast sits on the day bar, next to the covers, where you actually make the call.
Terrasse
18°, dry
24 covers
And when it turns: close the terrace until Friday in one tap. It reopens itself — no bulk edit that quietly overwrites what your staff already decided.
Ease of use
You draw your room once. In about ten minutes.
Round tables round and booths as booths, turned to any angle, with the pillar and the bar drawn in so your staff recognise the room instead of decoding a grid of rectangles. And the two-tops you push together on a Saturday are saved as a real combination.

On the pass
Made for an iPad on a stand, not a laptop in an office.
Every target big enough for one thumb in a hurry. The whole app works down to a phone in an apron pocket — not a cut-down version of it, the same app.
44px
The smallest thing you ever have to hit, anywhere in the app.
One app
Phone, iPad and desktop run the same thing — not a cut-down mobile version.
Offline
Lose the wifi and it says so, then catches up without dropping a change.
Every way a table gets booked
One book. Five doors into it.
Whichever door a guest comes through, it is the same availability and the same table. Every booking carries where it came from, so you can see what your website is actually worth.
Your website
A widget in your colours and typeface that cannot break the page it sits on.
WhatsApp
Booked, moved and cancelled by the agent, day and night.
The telephone
Answered in half a second, in the language the caller opened with.
The pass
Walk-ins and phone bookings in about six taps, one page or step by step.
Your till
A published connection your POS supplier can build against — on every plan, not a top-tier upsell.
Our members have been asking for a booking system built here, in our languages, that does not take a cut of every cover. myTable.pro is the first one we have been able to point them at.
